Cleanzy
Cleanzy is an online platform that brings customers together with cleaning professionals registered with the system. Our greatest goal as Cleanzy is our customers finding the cleaning professionals with the best criteria for them.
You can create orders from our website or our application 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Our service hours are every day of the week starting from 08:30-16:00 and continuing until the service is completed. *According to the type of service we provide, there may be a change in service hours.
If you have any complaints about cleaning, you can let us know within 72 hours after receiving the service! If there is any problem with the quality of the service, you can schedule a new remedial cleaning service in proportion to your complaint if you wish or request the refund of the money you have paid. We call this a 100% happiness policy!
As Cleanzy, we believe that the professional cleaning service should be at a certain standard. When you need them, you can add extra services to the standard service and get detailed cleaning.  We will evaluate your positive or negative thoughts on this matter if you send them to us at [email protected] Your valued ideas are very important to us!
We provide service as a market place. Every cleaning professional who registers with our system works freelance and uses the technological infrastructure of Cleanzy. Just like you!
In our cleaning bags are disinfectant, granular degreasing cleaning material for the kitchen, descaling bath cleaning material, floor cleaning material, cleaning cloths, and sponges. Apart from these products, the materials we ask from you for a complete cleaning operation are a vacuum cleaner, bucket, and floor cleaning apparatus.
For a complete cleaning service, the items we request from you are disinfectant, granular degreasing cleaning agent for the kitchen, descaling bath cleaning material, floor cleaning material, cleaning cloths, and sponges.  Besides these products, the main cleaning products are items like an electric vacuum cleaner, bucket, vileda, etc..
Cleaning professionals arrive at their work by themselves, so unfortunately it is not possible to bring vacuum cleaners with them. Note: Since the vacuum cleaner is one of the basic items of cleaning, we would like to remind you that the cleaning service will not be very good if there is no vacuum cleaner.

Cleanzy has a standard cleaning procedure. Furthermore, we provide our personnel with periodic training. However, if you want them to follow a specific path or if there are places to which you want special attention paid, we can direct our cleaning profession in this scope if you share these with us.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can become a member of Cleanzy via Facebook or with your own e-mail address and make your house clean!
Service
Apart from large area cleaning, empty house cleaning, and post-construction cleaning services, we send 1 cleaning professional for all our house cleaning services. If you want to get cleaning service from the team, we can provide this. You can send the special request for a proposal to us at [email protected] or via live chat! We will reach you as soon as possible and send you a special offer.
We do not have professional chair and carpet washing services as part of our standard operation. You can contact us if you have a specific request in this direction. In addition to general cleaning, we can include it to the program as an extra and make a special offer for you outside of the prices you see on our site.

Cleanzy professionals do not have a definite service period. They will not leave your home without fulfilling Cleanzy's Standard Cleaning Procedure and the extras you have identified with the cleaning professionals.
You can place regular orders as once a week, once a fortnight, and once a month. The monthly service will take place once every 28 days. Remember, you can also take advantage of discounts by ordering regularly!
A survey will be sent to you by e-mail after the cleaning service is completed. You can rate the cleaning professional and Cleanzy via this e-mail! We develop ourselves and our system in accordance with the feedback we receive from you. Our cleaning professionals are rated according to their score.
Your friend is our friend too! As long as you mention that you have a pet in the order steps, we will send a cleaning professional who is not afraid of pets/does not have allergies!
This is definitely not necessary! You can specify where you will leave the key in the order steps. Our cleaning professional can pick up and leave the key from where you specify. If you want to be at home during the service, there is no problem for us!
Our main aim is to serve you in the way you wish. If there are any rooms you want not to be cleaned, we will inform the cleaning professional if you make the room and lounge selection according to this new number and indicate it in the order note.
We could not provide the efficiency we wished for as different cleaning apparatuses we tried left stains on the outer glass surface. Our efforts continue to solve this problem!
Unfortunately, we do not have half-day or hourly services. As Cleanzy, our main aim is to give you a full cleaning service. We do not leave without doing our standard work and making your house sparkle!
Cancellation and Change
Our cleaning professionals do their work according to your schedule. For this reason, you can change the date and time of your order up to a certain period of time.  If there is 24 hours or more before the time of the cleaning service and you want to change the time and date, you can do it without paying any fee! If you want to change the time of the service 12 to 24 hours in advance, 35% of the total fee will be withdrawn from the card you registered.
Our cleaning professionals do their work according to your schedule. For this reason, you can cancel your order up to a certain time. If you cancel your order 12 hours or less before the time of the service, 100% of the total fee will be withdrawn from the card you have registered. If you cancel your order between 12 and 24 hours before the time of the service, 50% of the total fee will be withdrawn from the card you have registered. If you cancel your order between 24 and 48 hours before the time of the service, 35% of the total fee will be withdrawn from the card you have registered.
Payment
Your safety is very important to us. We use İyzico's secure payment infrastructure and accept payment by credit card only.
As Cleanzy, we think that keeping credit card information in our system is not the right thing to do. All of your payment information is kept securely in the infrastructure of Stripe.
You can add credit card information from the Payment page At the end of the order steps or from the My Account page.
There are two main reasons why you can not pay in these ways: Security and technical reasons. We do not accept cash payments to avoid putting you and our cleaning professional in a difficult situation.

Cleaning Professionals
The police records and references of all cleaning professionals registered with the Cleanzy system are checked and they receive training.
Unless you want a different service, we send one cleaning professional. -Are the cleaning professionals male or female? We do not make any gender discrimination when registering cleaning professionals with our system. If you do not have a specific request, any professional who meets the standards of Cleanzy can carry out your cleaning service!
If you create a regular order, the cleaning professional whose work you are happy with will be sent.
We do not have any requirements for you to provide your food within our service. The cleaning professional that will come will not make such a request from you.
All cleansing professionals who are registered with the Cleanzy system go through a three-stage interview system. The first meeting is to meet face-to-face and transferring and going through the Cleanzy standards with cleaning professionals. After a mutual agreement, police records and references of cleaning professionals are examined. Every cleaning professional who meets these conditions is entitled to pass the second stage. In the second stage, the Cleaning Professionals are given training by Celanzy. The content of this training is to teach the Cleanzy Standards and to give practical basic education. Everyone who attends this training deserves to be a Cleanzy Clean Professional. After this, there is a test. Every cleaning professional registered to the Cleanzy system is first sent to secret houses owned by Cleanzy and tested. Every Cleaning Professional who successfully completes this service is now entitled to have a job! Cleaning Professionals who provide poor service in this service are retrained.

It is very easy to win free cleaning by suggesting Cleanzy to your friends! For every friend who creates an order with your reference, you can earn 10 € in Happy Money and use it in whatever amount you wish, whichever you want!
You can use the reference points at any amount you want in the order you wish. Remember that you can also use the reference discount on regular orders!
Unfortunately it is not possible to use the reference points with promotions.
