It's not necessary, the Cleaning Professional Teams are able to carry out all necessary tasks without you being present. However we do advise to provide access to them or if you are not able to do so, the team will be able to pick up the key from the agency/appointed address. If this address is within 1 mile of your rented home, the service is free of charge, however if the distance is more than 1 mile, please book the Key pick-up add-on service. To organise the key pick-up you can get in touch with our Customer Service Team and we'll help you to our best ability.
We offer a 72-hour guarantee after the completion of the Cleanzy End of Tenancy Cleaning service. While it's not usual for the Cleaning Professional Team that they overlook something during the service, but if they skipped some spots, you only need to call our Customer Service Team within 72 hours of the service and we'll appoint a second visit to cover that area.
The Cleanzy End of Tenancy Cleaning service includes the interior cleaning of your windows. The exterior cleaning of your windows are not part of this service.
Cleaning the exterior of your windows is not part of the Cleanzy End of Tenancy Cleaning, however we'll clean the interior of your windows as part of the base price.
Defrosting your freezer is not part of the Cleanzy End of Tenancy Cleaning base price, however you can book it as an add-on service if you would like us to defrost it. If you would like to have the best cleaning results before leaving your rented home. Without booking the add-on service, we advise you to empty your freezer and turn it off at least 24 hours before the start of your service. Please be careful with the access water, especially if you have wooden floor in the kitchen to avoid any water damage.
To receive the best possible result of the Cleanzy End of Tenancy Cleaning service, you should book the service after you moved out and the property should be fully emptied of personal belongings, so the Cleaning Professional Team will be able to reach every corner. We advise you to empty and switch off your freezer at least 24 hours before your service starts to leave it enough time to defrost. Please be careful with the access water, especially if you have wooden floor in the kitchen to avoid any water damage. The base price does not include freezer defrosting, if you are not able to defrost your freezer by the beginning of your service, please book the Freezer defrost Add-on. If your property is furnished, we do advise to move the furniture away from the walls, so the Cleaning Professional Team can reach behind that.
We advsie to book your Cleanzy End of Tenancy Cleaning service after you moved out of the property. The best time to start is the morning, so it allows the Cleaning Professional Team enough time to complete all necessary tasks up to the best quality.
We do advise you to check the walls yourself and try to remove the scuff marks before the cleaning takes place as often these scuff marks include damage to the walls too which might need additional painting. The Cleaning Professional Team will try to remove dirt and marks from the wall but it depends on the type of paint was used on the walls.

We offer online booking for our Cleanzy End of Tenancy Cleaning, where you can select the base price depending on the size of your property and you can add the required add-on services based on your needs.
If your rented home is in the congestion charge zone, please select the Congestion Charge add-on when booking the service. There is a possibility to avoid this charge by booking the service during the weekend or bank holiday, when the congestion fee in London does not apply. If your rented home comes with a free parking space which could be used by the Cleaning Professional Team during the service, please indicate it on your booking. If you cannot provide free parking for the Cleaning Professional Team, please make sure you select the Parking add-on during the booking process. Please bare in mind that this apply to the additional Key pick up service if needed. If both are in the congestion charge zone, you only need to select it once.
