1. After user makes online payment via inserting their credit card details regarding the paket/paketler selected by such user through www.cleanzy.com website and once the user activates the special code provided to them via the email address they have given or the email address of the third party whom shall receive the package for gift purposes, through inserting the code into “My Account” section within their Cleanzy account on the www.cleanzy.com website; bonus points equal to the value of the paket chosen by the user will be added to the Cleanzy account.
2. Bonus points cannot be merged with other discounts and/or campaigns provided to the user by Cleanzy. The user can purchase.
3. Packages for the benefit of third parties. The return of the bonus points activated via www.cleanzy.com website, cancellation, or transfer of the bonus points into another user’s Cleanzy account is not applicable.
4. Return of the payment made by the user can only be appropriate on the condition that the unique code is not activated via www.cleanzy.com within 7 (seven) days as of the date of payment and at the request of the user.
5. In the event of expiration of the bonus package and the user has remaining points, such points will become invalid. However, in the event a new package is purchased before the expiration of the bonus points, the remaining points and the points of the new package will be merged in the system, and the expiration date of the package will be extended to the expiration date of the newly purchased package.
6. Bonus points can be used for the following Cleanzy services; Domestic Cleaning, request of supplies, ironing services, Cleanzy Express, and Cleanzy Night.
